01 · Delivery times

When will my order arrive?

Sourcing records and CDs is complex. So that you always know where you stand, we show the delivery time on every item as precisely as possible. Our focus is on audiophile records and CDs – in close cooperation with Sieveking Sound, whose stock is shown in the shop on a daily basis.

For items not in stock, a direct stock check isn’t possible while you order. We check availability immediately afterwards and inform you without delay.

How to read the delivery time: The colour of the delivery van icon on the item matches the colour of the dot in the table.

Currently sold out Not available Please enquire individually.

Several items, not all in stock? Here’s how we ship

For orders of records and CDs where not all items are in stock, we proceed as follows:

1	Shipped together As a rule, we first reorder missing items so we can send your order in one parcel wherever possible.

2	Immediate partial shipment if the wait is longer If we see right away that an item will take longer, we send you the available items straight away as a partial shipment.

3	Automatic check every 14 days Every 14 days, our system automatically checks whether a further partial shipment can be sent on its way.

For deliveries to other European countries, please allow up to 4 additional working days.

HARMONIZER - Audio power cleaner - Black Forest Audio

Power cleaner for audio applications - by Black Forest Audio from Germany

Instruction manual Black Forest Audio Electricity Harmonizer Customer feedback on Black Forest Audio Harmonizer

There are a number of exotic products that are often categorized as esoteric, but are praised by many users. Many would include the HARMONIZER™in this category, even though it also has a comprehensible shielding function against high frequencies and a shielding effect against electromagnetic fields. The additional function of wave harmonization can best be described as the homeopathic treatment of electricity. The medical effect of homeopathy has been proven by the fact that animals respond to this treatment. Unfortunately, we can't ask the horse in the neighbor's stable whether the music sounds better with the harmonizer. But with high-fidelity music fans spending up to 800 euros on similar products, I am sure that the HARMONIZER™ will be a great success for a fraction of the price and with its convincing effect!

Plug the HARMONIZER™into a free socket in the circuit, it doesn't have to be the system's distributor! A free wall socket near the system makes sense. However, we have found that the HARMONIZER™also has an effect on the system if it is plugged into a neighbouring circuit and can therefore only have an effect via the apartment or house distribution board!
