01 · Delivery times

When will my order arrive?

Sourcing records and CDs is complex. So that you always know where you stand, we show the delivery time on every item as precisely as possible. Our focus is on audiophile records and CDs – in close cooperation with Sieveking Sound, whose stock is shown in the shop on a daily basis.

For items not in stock, a direct stock check isn’t possible while you order. We check availability immediately afterwards and inform you without delay.

How to read the delivery time: The colour of the delivery van icon on the item matches the colour of the dot in the table.

Currently sold out Not available Please enquire individually.

Several items, not all in stock? Here’s how we ship

For orders of records and CDs where not all items are in stock, we proceed as follows:

1	Shipped together As a rule, we first reorder missing items so we can send your order in one parcel wherever possible.

2	Immediate partial shipment if the wait is longer If we see right away that an item will take longer, we send you the available items straight away as a partial shipment.

3	Automatic check every 14 days Every 14 days, our system automatically checks whether a further partial shipment can be sent on its way.

For deliveries to other European countries, please allow up to 4 additional working days.

HDX2 - Power Conditioner - HiDiamond

HiDiamond HDX2 - High-end mains filter and power conditioner
The HiDiamond HDX2 is a high-performance mains filter and power conditioner for significantly optimizing the power quality in demanding audio, video and high-end systems. It reduces mains-side interference, stabilizes power distribution and reliably protects connected components from electrical loads.

Robust construction for maximum operational reliability
The chassis is made of solid, 8/10 mm thick sheet steel and has a brushed, oven-lacquered black finish.
This high-quality finish ensures

High mechanical stability
Effective shielding against external interference
Durability in continuous operation
Elegant, timeless look for high-quality installations
Powerful power distribution

The HDX2 has 5 earthed sockets (250 V / 16 A) and enables several components to be supplied simultaneously.

Even load distribution
Minimization of potential differences
Reduction of mutual interference between connected devices
Maximum signal and power stability

The mains connection is designed for 230 V / 50 Hz and supports a maximum total load of 2300 watts.

Effective filter and protection technology
To ensure uncompromising power quality, the HDX2 is equipped with a 230 V / 60 A double-shielded RFI interference filter. This reduces high-frequency interference (Radio Frequency Interference) and minimizes electromagnetic interference from the power grid.

Additional protection mechanisms include

Resettable thermomagnetic circuit breaker (10 A Diruptor) to protect against overload
Siemens gas lightning arrester overvoltage protection to protect against voltage peaks and transient overvoltages

This combination ensures a high degree of operational safety and reliably protects sensitive high-end components.

Integrated energy monitoring via LCD display
An integrated LCD display provides real-time information on

Mains voltage
Current consumption
Current power consumption
Total energy consumption

The backlight can be activated or deactivated as required. A convenient reset button allows the energy consumption to be reset in a few simple steps - ideal for monitoring the consumption of individual usage units.
The HiDiamond HDX2 is aimed at users with the highest demands in terms of power quality, protection and transparency of the energy supply. A sophisticated combination of filter technology, safety components and high-quality workmanship makes it the ideal solution for sophisticated hi-fi and AV systems.
