01 · Delivery times

When will my order arrive?

Sourcing records and CDs is complex. So that you always know where you stand, we show the delivery time on every item as precisely as possible. Our focus is on audiophile records and CDs – in close cooperation with Sieveking Sound, whose stock is shown in the shop on a daily basis.

For items not in stock, a direct stock check isn’t possible while you order. We check availability immediately afterwards and inform you without delay.

How to read the delivery time: The colour of the delivery van icon on the item matches the colour of the dot in the table.

Currently sold out Not available Please enquire individually.

Several items, not all in stock? Here’s how we ship

For orders of records and CDs where not all items are in stock, we proceed as follows:

1	Shipped together As a rule, we first reorder missing items so we can send your order in one parcel wherever possible.

2	Immediate partial shipment if the wait is longer If we see right away that an item will take longer, we send you the available items straight away as a partial shipment.

3	Automatic check every 14 days Every 14 days, our system automatically checks whether a further partial shipment can be sent on its way.

For deliveries to other European countries, please allow up to 4 additional working days.

Tuning CD - Activation CD - Enacom

Activation CD for Enacom's loudspeakers - by Enacom from Japan

For the use of the Speaker Enacoms the Activation CD CSS-1 was developed. After connecting the Speaker Enacoms, play the 8mm disc in your CD player. Special signal impluses cause the components of the crossover and the used speaker chaissis to vibrate selectively, absorbing as much "high frequency garbage" as possible from the Enacoms. You should repeat this process about every 6 months.
Playing the CSS-1, which is about 10 minutes long, should be done at a higher room volume.

Please note that the use is intended only in combination with the Enacom speaker filters!
