01 · Delivery times

When will my order arrive?

Sourcing records and CDs is complex. So that you always know where you stand, we show the delivery time on every item as precisely as possible. Our focus is on audiophile records and CDs – in close cooperation with Sieveking Sound, whose stock is shown in the shop on a daily basis.

For items not in stock, a direct stock check isn’t possible while you order. We check availability immediately afterwards and inform you without delay.

How to read the delivery time: The colour of the delivery van icon on the item matches the colour of the dot in the table.

1–3 days — Klangheimat warehouse In stock & ready to ship Ready for dispatch within 24 hours. Orders placed before 11 am often ship the same day.

2–48 weeks Currently unavailable – long wait possible Listed in our catalogue, currently out of stock. Waiting time may be up to 12 months.
Currently sold out Not available Please enquire individually.

Several items, not all in stock? Here’s how we ship

For orders of records and CDs where not all items are in stock, we proceed as follows:

1	Shipped together As a rule, we first reorder missing items so we can send your order in one parcel wherever possible.

2	Immediate partial shipment if the wait is longer If we see right away that an item will take longer, we send you the available items straight away as a partial shipment.

3	Automatic check every 14 days Every 14 days, our system automatically checks whether a further partial shipment can be sent on its way.

For deliveries to other European countries, please allow up to 4 additional working days.

ETI KRYORCA4 Cinch plug silver - ETI-Research

The ETI Kryo RCA plug is an outstanding further development of the renowned ETI Bullet plug, which is known for its excellent sound. The use of direct-silver-plated copper PINs ensures optimum conductivity and durability. In addition, the plug undergoes a special cryogenic cold treatment with a precisely optimized temperature curve, which leads to a further significant improvement in sound.

The brass plug shell of the ETI Kryo RCA plug performs an important function by providing effective vibration damping and shielding from today's ubiquitous electromagnetic interference fields. This minimizes unwanted interference and ensures interference-free transmission of the audio signal.

To ensure a reliable and stable connection, the cable strain relief is performed with the help of two screws. This achieves a secure fixation of the cable and at the same time enables an optimal signal transmission.

The combination of high-quality contact material and the special cryo treatment results in a perfected cable connection with the highest sound quality. The ETI Kryo RCA plug thus offers audiophile enthusiasts an outstanding solution for precise and undistorted transmission of audio content.
