When will my order arrive?

Sourcing records and CDs is complex. So that you always know where you stand, we show the delivery time on every item as precisely as possible. Our focus is on audiophile records and CDs – in close cooperation with Sieveking Sound, whose stock is shown in the shop on a daily basis.

For items not in stock, a direct stock check isn’t possible while you order. We check availability immediately afterwards and inform you without delay.

How to read the delivery time: The colour of the delivery van icon on the item matches the colour of the dot in the table.

Several items, not all in stock? Here’s how we ship

2	Immediate partial shipment if the wait is longer If we see right away that an item will take longer, we send you the available items straight away as a partial shipment.

3	Automatic check every 14 days Every 14 days, our system automatically checks whether a further partial shipment can be sent on its way.

ETI CLINKRCA4 - Bullet Plug - ETI-Research

The ETI copperLINK RCA plug is an impressive new development and the direct successor to the renowned BulletPlug from ETI-Research. This latest version combines innovative technology with high quality materials to take audio performance to a new level.
A key feature of the new copperLINK is the signal pin, which is now made from hardened, pure copper. This choice of material is crucial as pure copper is known for its excellent conductivity. This improvement aims to make signal transmission even more precise and loss-free, resulting in enhanced sound quality.

In terms of durability and reliability, ETI-Research remains true to its line by continuing to manufacture the hollow ground pin from tellurium copper. This material is known for its exceptional durability and ensures that the plugs maintain their optimum performance over long periods of time. The direct gold plating of both pins also helps to increase contact quality and prevent corrosion, which in turn ensures sound quality over the life of the plug.
Another highlight of the copperLINK is the plug sleeve, which is now made of aluminum. This change in the choice of material is a direct response to the increasing electromagnetic interference caused by modern processors and switching power supplies. Aluminum provides effective shielding against these sources of interference and thus guarantees undisturbed signal transmission.

Finally, the cable strain relief of the copperLINK RCA plug has also been revised. The introduction of two screws to secure the cable ensures a more reliable and robust connection, which not only improves handling but also increases the overall stability and longevity of the plug.

Overall, the ETI copperLINK RCA plug shows that ETI-Research continues to be at the forefront of audio technology by constantly developing their products to meet the demanding needs of audiophiles worldwide.
