01 · Delivery times

When will my order arrive?

Sourcing records and CDs is complex. So that you always know where you stand, we show the delivery time on every item as precisely as possible. Our focus is on audiophile records and CDs – in close cooperation with Sieveking Sound, whose stock is shown in the shop on a daily basis.

For items not in stock, a direct stock check isn’t possible while you order. We check availability immediately afterwards and inform you without delay.

How to read the delivery time: The colour of the delivery van icon on the item matches the colour of the dot in the table.

Several items, not all in stock? Here’s how we ship

For orders of records and CDs where not all items are in stock, we proceed as follows:

1	Shipped together As a rule, we first reorder missing items so we can send your order in one parcel wherever possible.

2	Immediate partial shipment if the wait is longer If we see right away that an item will take longer, we send you the available items straight away as a partial shipment.

3	Automatic check every 14 days Every 14 days, our system automatically checks whether a further partial shipment can be sent on its way.

For deliveries to other European countries, please allow up to 4 additional working days.

ETI KRYOBAN4 Banana plug silver - ETI-Research

The ETI Kryo cable lug is an excellent alternative to the ETI Kryo Banana plug and provides the best possible cable connection between amplifier and speaker, even at very high current levels. The cable lug is made directly from a piece of tellurium copper and then direct silver plated for optimum conductivity and durability. In addition, it undergoes a special cryogenic cold treatment with a precisely optimized temperature curve, which leads to a further significant improvement in sound.
The speaker cable is connected to the ETI Kryo cable lug using two screws to ensure a clean electrical and mechanical connection and to securely fix the cable. Included in the delivery are two different sizes of brass sleeves, each of which fits perfectly to the speaker cables used. This ensures a perfect fit and effective transmission of the audio signal.

The combination of high-quality contact material and the special cryo treatment results in a perfected cable connection with the highest sound quality. The ETI Kryo cable lug thus offers audiophile enthusiasts an outstanding solution for precise and undistorted transmission of audio signals from the amplifier to their loudspeakers.
