01 · Delivery times

When will my order arrive?

Sourcing records and CDs is complex. So that you always know where you stand, we show the delivery time on every item as precisely as possible. Our focus is on audiophile records and CDs – in close cooperation with Sieveking Sound, whose stock is shown in the shop on a daily basis.

For items not in stock, a direct stock check isn’t possible while you order. We check availability immediately afterwards and inform you without delay.

How to read the delivery time: The colour of the delivery van icon on the item matches the colour of the dot in the table.

Several items, not all in stock? Here’s how we ship

For orders of records and CDs where not all items are in stock, we proceed as follows:

1	Shipped together As a rule, we first reorder missing items so we can send your order in one parcel wherever possible.

2	Immediate partial shipment if the wait is longer If we see right away that an item will take longer, we send you the available items straight away as a partial shipment.

3	Automatic check every 14 days Every 14 days, our system automatically checks whether a further partial shipment can be sent on its way.

For deliveries to other European countries, please allow up to 4 additional working days.

ETI KRYOBAN4 Banana plug silver - ETI-Research

The ETI Kryo Banana plugs are undoubtedly the ultimate when it comes to connecting speaker cables. These connectors are made from a single piece of tellurium copper and then direct silver plated for optimum conductivity and durability. In addition, they undergo a special cryogenic cold treatment with a precisely optimized temperature profile, resulting in further significant improvement in sound.

The speaker cable is connected to the ETI Kryo Banana connectors by means of two screws, which ensures a clean electrical and mechanical connection and provides a secure fixation. There are two different sizes of brass connector sleeves to choose from, each of which perfectly matches the speaker cables used. This ensures an optimal fit and effective transmission of the audio signal.

The combination of high-quality contact material and the special cryo treatment results in a perfected cable connection with the highest sound quality. The ETI Kryo Banana connectors thus offer audiophile enthusiasts an outstanding solution for precise and undistorted transmission of audio signals to their loudspeakers.
