When will my order arrive?

Sourcing records and CDs is complex. So that you always know where you stand, we show the delivery time on every item as precisely as possible. Our focus is on audiophile records and CDs – in close cooperation with Sieveking Sound, whose stock is shown in the shop on a daily basis.

For items not in stock, a direct stock check isn’t possible while you order. We check availability immediately afterwards and inform you without delay.

How to read the delivery time: The colour of the delivery van icon on the item matches the colour of the dot in the table.

	1–3 days — Klangheimat warehouse In stock & ready to ship Ready for dispatch within 24 hours. Orders placed before 11 am often ship the same day.

1	Shipped together As a rule, we first reorder missing items so we can send your order in one parcel wherever possible.

2	Immediate partial shipment if the wait is longer If we see right away that an item will take longer, we send you the available items straight away as a partial shipment.

3	Automatic check every 14 days Every 14 days, our system automatically checks whether a further partial shipment can be sent on its way.

For deliveries to other European countries, please allow up to 4 additional working days.

WBT-0702.01 - High-end pole terminal

The WBT-0702.01 pole terminal represents outstanding engineering and is an essential element for high-quality audio connections. Developed by the German connector specialist WBT, this pole terminal offers excellent performance and durability.

Its solid construction and innovative technology minimize sound distortion by maintaining low contact resistances. The use of two clamping nuts ensures increased contact pressure with permanent connection properties. In addition, the pole terminal is characterized by an elegant design with multi-layer, nickel-free gold plating, which offers protection against corrosion.

A patented collet mechanism enables the banana plug to be firmly fixed, preventing unwanted loosening. The second clamping nut with fine thread secures the contact of cable lugs or crimped cable ends. For optimum tensile strength, grooves in the mother base and the pressure plate provide further advantages.

For the internal connection, the pole terminal offers connectivity for cables with a conductor cross-section of up to 10 mm², whereby crimp connection technology from WBT is recommended. Torx screws and a Torx T.6 key are included in the scope of delivery.

Comprehensive installation insulation enables insulated and twist-proof installation. Additional accessories include lock nuts, jigsaw washers and double step washers to ensure exact terminal spacing. Safety regulations require the 4 mm banana holes to be sealed with the WBT-0799 Safety Stick.
