When will my order arrive?

Sourcing records and CDs is complex. So that you always know where you stand, we show the delivery time on every item as precisely as possible. Our focus is on audiophile records and CDs – in close cooperation with Sieveking Sound, whose stock is shown in the shop on a daily basis.

For items not in stock, a direct stock check isn’t possible while you order. We check availability immediately afterwards and inform you without delay.

How to read the delivery time: The colour of the delivery van icon on the item matches the colour of the dot in the table.

The 0114 Cu RCA plug from WBT's nextgen™ product series is not only capable of transmitting analog audio and video signals, but also excellent digital signals. This property is reflected in a characteristic impedance of 75 ohms and a transmission bandwidth that is linear up to ≥ 400 MHz. The WBT-0114 Cu represents the latest product of the nextgen™ series.

The RCA connector presents itself as a perfect combination of a robustly stable connector body and a filigree and consistently low-mass produced signal conductor. When selecting the material for the contact parts, high-purity copper was deliberately chosen because, as is generally known, it is one of the best electrical conductors. This ensures optimum transmission of the signal. For the outer shell, brass was chosen because of its exceptionally good shielding against electro-magnetic interference sources.

Due to this construction, the WBT-0114 Cu is particularly recommended for use in analog connections in the low-level range, e.g. for record players or microphones.

With the help of the collet mechanism, the outer contact can be firmly clamped to the RCA socket after it has been plugged on. This mechanism works similar to the chuck of a commercial drill. The connection generates a high contact pressure, which not only results in a secure connection, but also reduces transition resistances at the same time.

The central contact unit is minimalist in terms of the metal mass used (mass storage effects). At the same time, all conductive tracks are made of high-purity (and soft) copper. Nevertheless, high mechanical stability is achieved by the hybrid composite construction. The result is a very dynamic and precise signal transmission.

A Torx screw guarantees secure strain relief of the cable. In combination with the self-locking fine thread developed by WBT, the connection holds the pressure once applied.
