Vinyl accessories - Record care

A record cover tells stories - of the creation of the album, of decades of music history, of countless hours on the record player. Which is a pity: without protection, it shows this history all too clearly. Dust, moisture, handling marks and the mere rubbing together on the shelf inevitably leave their mark. The Simply Analog PVC outer sleeves for 12″ LPs are the first and most effective line of defense here - hard-wearing, crystal clear and so unobtrusive that the cover artwork can appear unhindered.

Simply Analog is a Greek phono specialist with a clear focus: audiophile vinyl accessories of the highest quality. The PVC sleeves are among the company's best-selling products and are used by collectors worldwide. The polyvinyl chloride used , with a wall thickness of 100 microns, is considerably thicker than commercially available standard sleeves - each individual sleeve weighs around 21 grams, a tangible indication of the material quality. The result is a cover that does not rustle, does not tear and keeps the cover as it should be, even after many years.

The entire cover fits completely into the sleeve - the opening is generously sized so that even slightly oversized gatefolds can be inserted without any effort. Once inside, the cover fits securely: the thick PVC film fits snugly without jamming and protects all four sides equally. Particularly important for long-term durability: the material is free from plasticizers and harmful additives that could migrate into the paper of the cover over the years and make it yellow or brittle. What protects here does no harm.

The effect is immediately noticeable on the shelf: covers slide against each other instead of rubbing, handling marks remain on the cover and not on the original, and even damp storage conditions - cellars, older living rooms - can no longer harm the cover. If you regularly pick up your collection, the cover also protects it from the most common cause of damage: your own fingerprints.

The Simply Analog PVC outer sleeves are available in two pack sizes: The set of 25 is ideal for beginners or for adding to existing collections - compact, manageable and ready for immediate use. The 100-piece set is recommended for all those who want to protect their collection consistently and uniformly or regularly purchase new records. The unit price is noticeably cheaper in the larger set and the sleeves can be stored in a space-saving manner.

Simply Analog also offers high-quality inner sleeves made of antistatic paper or PE film for those who want to keep the inside of the sleeves tidy as well as the outside - an all-round coherent solution from a single source for the complete record collection.
