01 · Delivery times

When will my order arrive?

Sourcing records and CDs is complex. So that you always know where you stand, we show the delivery time on every item as precisely as possible. Our focus is on audiophile records and CDs – in close cooperation with Sieveking Sound, whose stock is shown in the shop on a daily basis.

For items not in stock, a direct stock check isn’t possible while you order. We check availability immediately afterwards and inform you without delay.

How to read the delivery time: The colour of the delivery van icon on the item matches the colour of the dot in the table.

Currently sold out Not available Please enquire individually.

Several items, not all in stock? Here’s how we ship

For orders of records and CDs where not all items are in stock, we proceed as follows:

1	Shipped together As a rule, we first reorder missing items so we can send your order in one parcel wherever possible.

2	Immediate partial shipment if the wait is longer If we see right away that an item will take longer, we send you the available items straight away as a partial shipment.

3	Automatic check every 14 days Every 14 days, our system automatically checks whether a further partial shipment can be sent on its way.

For deliveries to other European countries, please allow up to 4 additional working days.

Soundspikes - Magnesium Spikes - 2/4 - Black Forest Audio

Magnesium pucks serve as equipment feet and hold equipment and rack spikes while protecting the floor.
However, they also work very well under the original rubber or other material feet. Contrary to all experience, these lightweight metal feet promote a more pleasant harmonic structure of the sounds without slowing down the timing as other damping materials often do.
This effect is also achieved on hard stone bases. Depending on the material combination of the devices and pads, this may not always be the case.

The magnesium die-cast pucks are 33 mm in diameter and 10 mm high, the SoundSpikes with cast-on spike are 15 mm high.

Magnesium spike feet increase the effect of all kinds of device platforms. Here they are used with the tip pointing upwards. You can also set up a system foot with the spike pointing downwards in the SoundPuck. The listening test will always be the deciding factor.

SoundPuck 1/4
Magnesium puck round 32 x 12 mm with recess for spike mount under devices and entire racks, as a device base directly or under existing feet, silver, set of 4 pieces

SoundSpike 2/4
Magnesium puck round 32 x 12 mm with cast-on spike of 5 mm, total height 17 mm, under platforms top, system base in combination with puck 1, silver, set of 4 pieces

SoundPuck & Spike
Combination of SoundPuck and SoundSpike in a PU 4 pieces Sound Puck & 4 pieces SoundSpike, 8 pieces in total
