01 · Delivery times

When will my order arrive?

Sourcing records and CDs is complex. So that you always know where you stand, we show the delivery time on every item as precisely as possible. Our focus is on audiophile records and CDs – in close cooperation with Sieveking Sound, whose stock is shown in the shop on a daily basis.

For items not in stock, a direct stock check isn’t possible while you order. We check availability immediately afterwards and inform you without delay.

How to read the delivery time: The colour of the delivery van icon on the item matches the colour of the dot in the table.

1–3 days — Klangheimat warehouse In stock & ready to ship Ready for dispatch within 24 hours. Orders placed before 11 am often ship the same day.
2–6 days — Sieveking Sound Sufficient stock in external warehouse Sufficient stock – quick and easy to reorder.

4–6 days — EU drop shipment Not in stock – reorder (if available from supplier) Direct delivery from the manufacturer or a partner in Europe. A phone number for the courier is required.
4–16 days — Major supplier worldwide Not in stock – reorder (if available from supplier) International order. Immediate refund if unavailable.

Backorder Already reordered by us – available shortly Usually available within one week.
New release announced Coming soon – exact delivery time unknown Release date shown on the product page. For US titles, please allow several weeks of lead time.
2–48 weeks Currently unavailable – long wait possible Listed in our catalogue, currently out of stock. Waiting time may be up to 12 months.
Currently sold out Not available Please enquire individually.

Several items, not all in stock? Here’s how we ship

For orders of records and CDs where not all items are in stock, we proceed as follows:

1	Shipped together As a rule, we first reorder missing items so we can send your order in one parcel wherever possible.

2	Immediate partial shipment if the wait is longer If we see right away that an item will take longer, we send you the available items straight away as a partial shipment.

3	Automatic check every 14 days Every 14 days, our system automatically checks whether a further partial shipment can be sent on its way.

For deliveries to other European countries, please allow up to 4 additional working days.

Nagaoka LP Inner Sleeves GRS-LP10 - Glassine Paper - Nagaoka

Very high quality vinyl record inner sleeve made of glassine paper from the Japanese premium manufacturer Nagaoka.

The Nagaoka GRS-LP10 protective sleeves are a first-class choice for vinyl collectors who want to protect their record collection in the best possible way. These high-quality sleeves offer comprehensive protection for your valuable long-playing records, protecting them from dust, dirt and other environmental influences.
Made from a specially developed anti-static material, the Nagaoka GRS-LP10 sleeves not only prevent the attraction of dust, but also minimize the risk of static charges that can cause crackling and pops during playback. These features ensure that your records remain in optimum condition and the sound quality is maintained over the years.

The Nagaoka GRS-LP10 sleeves are transparent, allowing easy visibility of the record cover without having to remove the record from the sleeve. This design feature is especially convenient for collectors who like to browse through their collection without having to open the sleeve every time.
With a thickness that provides robust yet flexible protection, the sleeves are ideal for long-term storage. They fit perfectly around standard LP covers without taking up too much extra space, meaning your record collection can be stored efficiently and neatly.

Whether for the avid collector who wants to keep their records in pristine condition or the occasional listener looking for a reliable protection option, the Nagaoka GRS-LP10 protective sleeves are an excellent investment that will extend the life of your vinyl collection. With their combination of high-quality materials, practical design and effective protection, they offer an unsurpassed solution for record storage and care.
