When will my order arrive?

Sourcing records and CDs is complex. So that you always know where you stand, we show the delivery time on every item as precisely as possible. Our focus is on audiophile records and CDs – in close cooperation with Sieveking Sound, whose stock is shown in the shop on a daily basis.

For items not in stock, a direct stock check isn’t possible while you order. We check availability immediately afterwards and inform you without delay.

How to read the delivery time: The colour of the delivery van icon on the item matches the colour of the dot in the table.

Several items, not all in stock? Here’s how we ship

For orders of records and CDs where not all items are in stock, we proceed as follows:

1	Shipped together As a rule, we first reorder missing items so we can send your order in one parcel wherever possible.

2	Immediate partial shipment if the wait is longer If we see right away that an item will take longer, we send you the available items straight away as a partial shipment.

3	Automatic check every 14 days Every 14 days, our system automatically checks whether a further partial shipment can be sent on its way.

Record Working Mat - Record cleaning mat - Nagaoka

Records are more than just sound carriers - they are memories, emotions and musical treasures. If you look after your vinyl stock, you are investing in lasting listening pleasure. With the Nagaoka Record Workmat RWM01, the Japanese specialist Nagaoka presents a mat that has been specially developed for the gentle and professional cleaning of records.

Instead of just being a simple support surface, the Workmat transforms every cleaning into a safe and comfortable work step.

Gentle protection for sensitive vinyl surfaces

The surface of a vinyl record is sensitive - even small pressure marks or micro-cracks can affect the sound. The Nagaoka Workmat addresses this problem with a soft, padded special polyethylene. This material is elastic, hard-wearing and antistatic at the same time. This keeps the grooves free from scratches, even when working with a little more pressure.

Antistatic - less dust, longer cleanliness

Every collector knows the problem: freshly cleaned plates often attract dust particles faster than you would like. The antistatic properties of the Workmat significantly reduce this build-up. The result: less dust adhesion, less cleaning effort and audibly clearer playback over a longer period of time.

Suitable for LPs and singles

Whether 12-inch LP or 7-inch single - the integrated recesses of the Workmat securely hold both formats in place. This keeps the record exactly centered during the entire cleaning process. The risk of unintentional slippage is eliminated, so that care remains precise and controlled even during intensive use.

Practical details for more convenience

Small design decisions make a big difference:

Side recesses allow the plate to be lifted effortlessly after cleaning.
Silicone protective screen (included) reliably protects the label, especially when using liquid cleaners such as the Nagaoka SPW01.

This not only makes cleaning safer, but also much more pleasant.

More than just a cleaning aid

The Workmat is also impressive outside of the cleaning process. It can be used as a storage surface for the next record or provides a safe intermediate place during the listening session. For collectors, this means maximum flexibility combined with protection against static electricity and hard surfaces.

Technical specifications
